1 cup chopped spinach
1 handful of blackberries
1.Wash, peel and chop apples (into about 8 pieces)
2.Wash and chop spinach
3.Add all ingredients to pot of boiling water
4.Put burner on medium and let simmer until apples are tender all the way through
5.Mash everything together with a potato masher or fork
7.I poured the remaining portions in my silicone @kiddofeedo tray to save for later!
Don’t forget that these trays are also oven safe. You can freeze, refrigerate, freeze, and even BAKE in them! This combo is also great as a smoothie or ice pop.
2 cups of pitted cherries
1 peeled banana
Breastmilk or almond milk for desired consistency
1. Blend your cherries and banana together
2. (Add breastmilk or almond milk for desired consistency)
3. Fill your Kiddo Feedo compartments halfway
4. Cut off the ends of your guavas
5. Chop into pieces, and blend
6. (Add breastmilk or almond milk for desired consistency)
7. Fill up the rest of your Kiddo Feedo mold
8. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen
*The quickest way is to blend everything together. I separate the colours for the look.

3 leaves romaine lettuce
3tbs grounded flax seeds
Handful of baby spinach
Almond milk or breast milk to thin consistency if needed
Blend ingredients raw and serve

Blend all ingredients together and serve!
Freeze remaining portions in your silicone Kiddo Feedo tray.
Prep & Freeze:
1.Wash, peel and chop your kiwi
2.Blend it, adding coconut milk to desired consistency. You won’t need much!
3.Fill each compartment in your Kiddo Feedo tray HALFWAY
4.Place tray in freezer for ONE HOUR to let it harden before adding the next level
5.Combine your (peeled and chopped) avocado, raw baby spinach and Chia seeds in the blender. You can add more coconut milk to thin the consistency if needed.
6.Add mixture to each Kiddo Feedo compartment.
7.Sprinkle a few more Chia seeds on top
8.Freeze for 4 hours, then pop them out and add to a freezer bag to store.
**This combo makes for a great toddler and adult smoothie. Also, adults digest chia seeds better than children do. If you breastfeed, do consume them so that baby can take advantage of its benefits through your milk.
