1 cup cooked Pearl Barley
1.Peel and chop apple and peach slices
2.Follow pack instructions to cook the Pearl Barley
3.Halfway through cooking Pearl Barley (30 minutes),
add apple and peach slices
4.Mix and serve
5.I froze the rest in my @KiddoFeedo freezer tray (seen above)
**To defrost, you can pop out desired amount and leave in the fridge overnight in a sealed container, or heat up in a pot on the stove.
