Chayote, Spinach & Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 chayote
Handful of spinach
1/2 head cauliflower

Instructions:
1.Wash and chop all ingredients
2.Steam all ingredients together until Chayote is tender all the way through
3.Remove the ingredients, but save the liquid to thin the consistency of your food if needed
4.Either blend or hand mash ingredients together and serve

*I froze the remaining portions in my @kiddofeedo tray. I separated the spinach so that baby can enjoy the beautiful colours of produce. I mix it together lightly before serving.
