Kiwi, Avocado, Spinach & Chia Seeds

Ingredients:
4 kiwis
2 avocados
1/2 cups raw baby spinach
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
Coconut milk

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together and serve!
Freeze remaining portions in your silicone Kiddo Feedo tray.

Prep & Freeze:
1.Wash, peel and chop your kiwi
2.Blend it, adding coconut milk to desired consistency. You won’t need much!
3.Fill each compartment in your Kiddo Feedo tray HALFWAY
4.Place tray in freezer for ONE HOUR to let it harden before adding the next level
5.Combine your (peeled and chopped) avocado, raw baby spinach and Chia seeds in the blender. You can add more coconut milk to thin the consistency if needed.
6.Add mixture to each Kiddo Feedo compartment.
7.Sprinkle a few more Chia seeds on top
8.Freeze for 4 hours, then pop them out and add to a freezer bag to store.

**This combo makes for a great toddler and adult smoothie. Also, adults digest chia seeds better than children do. If you breastfeed, do consume them so that baby can take advantage of its benefits through your milk.
