The fun thing about frittatas is how creative you can get with this dish. This is a simple tomato frittata recipe, but another fave at home is to add spinach, zucchini or even green peas. If your little ones (or mate) dislike a specific vegetable, this is a great opportunity to chop them up and add them to the mix.
1 large tomato
5 large eggs
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 table spoon almond milk
Preheat oven at 350degrees
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Mix ingredients together with a whisk or fork
Pour the contents into your Kiddo Feedo tray
Bake for 20 minutes, OR until cooked all the way through
(Insert a fork and look for no residue)
Remove from oven, let cook and serve
