Sweet Potato & Corn Puree

Ingredients:
1/2 large sweet potato
1/4 medium white onion
Approx 10 leaves coriander/cilantro
1/2c sweet corn or 3.5oz Frozen/fresh corn
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:
Wash and peel potato
Cut corn from cob, or remove appropriate portion from can & rinse
Steam corn* and sweet potato for 10 minutes or until tender
Wash & chop cilantro. Add to pot
Add cayenne pepper (optional)
Add onion
Steam all ingredients for another 2-3 minutes
Blen ingredients together, using leftover liquid or breastmilk to thin consistency
Serve.
Freeze the remainder in your Kiddo Feedo Tray for up to 3 months.

Notes:
*If the corn is frozen or from the cob, steam at same time as sweet potato. If from a can, you can add it to the second batch of veggies in this recipe.
