Egg Yolk & Avocado Puree

One of the things that attracted me to this combo was the fact that I use these very ingredients in my sandwiches. It’s fun to try a puree combination when you already have the ingredients in your fridge.

2 egg yolks
1/4 avocado
Breast milk, stock or water to thin consistency

I used 1/2 avocado rather than 1/4
I garnished with hemp seeds
