Vegan Mashed Potatoes & Broccoli

My fellow #InstaWeanTeam member @BabyMangi posted this a few days ago, and I just had to try it.

Click here for details on how she made it. I added chopped onion and sage to mine. The combos are endless, and all so tasty!

Instructions:
Steam potato just before fully tender
Add broccoli (& onion, spices etc)
Steam until other ingredients are soft
Add almond milk for desired consistency
Hand mash and serve
