Apple/Cranberry Jam

Homemade jam…we can’t get enough of this stuff! It’s quick to make, and the combo of ingredients is only limited by one’s imagination. Exact measurements were not taken for this one, but the image below should help.

1 apple
1 handful of blackberries
1 handful of cranberries
2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
1/2 cup water

Bring a pot of water to boil
Put stove on medium
Place ingredients in and stir occasionally
Once the cranberries start popping and the fruits are soft,
Remove batch from stove and mash with a potato masher
Ready to serve!

It thickens as you go. Add water to get desired consistency. We love ours thick!
