Homemade Cranberry Jam

Homemade jam doesn’t get easier than this! It’s fruit, chia seeds and water! Brown sugar is optional and normally not required, but I am not used to the tart flavour of cranberries. So I added just a little!

Ingredients:
A small bowl of cranberries (see image)
Tablespoon of brown sugar
1/2 cup of water

Instructions:
Bring items to a boil, then put burner on MEDIUM setting
Stir occasionally until cranberries’ skin separate
*Mixture will thicken. You can add extra water to adjust consistency
Use a potato masher to smoothen the texture out a bit
Store or serve

Notes:
Refrigerate unused portions.
