Kale, Radishes and Carrot Puree

This tasty combo is rich with nutrition and pretty tasty as well! In Western society, we’re conditioned to think all puree combinations must include fruit to sweeten it. I believe that we can serve veggie dishes to better help our little ones to develop a taste for them! For that reason, I will focus a bit more on vegetable purees in the future, especially when baby #3 starts weaning. 🙂

Ingredients:
1 carrot
2 radishes
1 stem of kale

Instructions:
Steam all ingredients until tender
Add a little breastmilk or homemade stock to thin the consistency if needed
Blend ingredients together
Serve or freeze for 3 months

Notes:
Be sure to chop the kale finely to avoid huge chunks in the puree.
