Sweet Green Smoothie (Purée Version Included)

Lemon slice (peeled)
3 cherries
3 pitted dates
Almond milk (for smoothie) or breastmilk (for puree)

Instructions for Smoothie:
Soak dates in water for 30 minutes to soften them
Blend ingredients together,
Adding almond milk for desired consistency

Instruction for Puree:
Steam the spinach, lettuce and dates
Blend all ingredients together,
using breastmilk (or water) to thin the consistency
Serve or freeze
