Yellow Summer Smoothie

Okay, so it’s a crazy combo filled with loads of ingredients, but it turned out to be pretty tasty. Experiment gone RIGHT! I love looking to recipes for inspiration, but sometimes you have to play around with ingredients you have on hand. You never know what beautiful creation you’ll come up with!

Ingredients:
1/2 mango
4 pitted dark cherries
1/2 avocado
5 mint leaves (2 extra for garnish)
5 tablespoons of plain overnight oats
A dash of cinnamon
1 slice pineapple (& smaller slices for garnish)
1 banana
Almond milk and/or water to thin

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together
Garnish with mint leaves and pineapple slices
