(Raw) Watermelon, Mango & Mint Salad

Here’s an easy watermelon recipe for my #InstaWeanTeam challenge. It’s a watermelon, mint and mango salad. All it involves is a little chopping, and you’re done! Everything is raw and ready to eat.

Ingredients
4 1 inch cubes of watermelon
3 fresh mint leaves
1/2 mango slice

Instructions
Chop the mint leaves finely
Cut the watermelon cubes into 1/4 inch slices
Cut mango into 1/4 inch squares
Mix all ingredients together and serve

Full Plate Details
Boiled white sweet potato
Rice & peas
Zucchini
