Sweet Potato Fries

Ditch the unhealthy fries from your favorite fast food restaurant, and check out this healthy option. I’m always in favor of a simple recipe, and this one is just that.

Preheat oven at 425 degrees
1 sweet potato per person
Coconut oil to drizzle
Allspice (optional)

Peel and cut the sweet potato to get desired fry size
Lay slices flat on a baking tray (1 layer only)
Drizzle coconut oil and Allspice
Bake for 15 minutes
Flip the slices and bake for another 10-15 minutes (keep an eye out!)
Remove and serve
