This combo was completely made up. I decided to take photos along the way just in case it turned out good, and I’m so glad that I did! I didn’t take exact measurements, but the image posted will give an idea of the ratios. I used raw oats, but if you’re looking to digest it more easily, feel free to cook them first. This is great for adults as well.
Handful oats (raw or cooked)
3-6 mint leaves
Blend all ingredients together and serve
Cooking the oats is optional. However, I read an article only today that stresses why one must cook their oats before consuming. For babies, it’s best to cook them.
I used 6 mint leaves, which may have been a bit much. Reduce to about 4 if you don’t want the flavour to be too overpowering.
