Here’s a fun way to flavour plain oats, while blending them down to fit well in reusable feeding pouches. My greatest of appologies, as I didn’t use measuring cups on this day.
Pain 100% oats
Handful of berries (mine were frozen)
An apple slice
Soy or almond milk
Cook the oats & berries on the stove with dairy alternative of your choice.
Add contents to blender, along with flax seeds
Blend ingredients, adding “milk” until you reach desired consistency
