Full Plate

Hubby made a tasty salad with mango, cilantro, corn, onion, tomato and more. Kiddo is having that with roasted cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, and a boiled egg. I have been reducing their intake of fruits this week so that they can enjoy veggies a bit more.

***I will update this post once I get the full recipe details of the salad from my husband.
