Sweet Potato & Carrot Purée

Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
1 large carrots
A drop of Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
Preheat oven at 475 degrees
Wash peel & cut ingredients
Grease baking dish and place potato and carrot slices inside
Drizzl little Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or water)
Cover with foil
Bake for 45 mins or until soft (at least 30 mins)
Remove and blend with homemade stock, water or breastmilk & add to get desired consistency
Serve warm
