Sandwich & Finger Food

This is what co-eating looks like. Our breakfast was a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, egg and avocado. We also had potatoes (boiled and then baked), cucumber slices, orange slices and pomegranate seeds.

Offering a variety is a great idea. I like trying to add something new or something they don’t normally like. That way, they might be in a mood to try something new.
