Baked Chicken

Simple dinner for both kids. I didn’t use measuring cups or anything for this, so I’ll give quick summary on how I did it.

Chicken Marinade:
Half onion
1 clove garlic
Half red bell pepper
Half green bell pepper
Sea salt

Directions:
Blend ingredients with water in a blender
Add mixture and chicken to a container
Close lid and shake
Leave in fridge overnight
Next morning, place contents in oven safe dish
Cover with foil or lid
460 for 35mins
Remove lid, flip all pieces over and cook UNCOVERED till brown
Flip again UNCOVERED and cook till brown
