Breakfast Muffins With Apple

Breakfast Muffins

Well these were nothing short of awesome! Our (currently) 10 month old seems to enjoy eating all things fluffy, so I made him some tasty breakfast muffins, and added apple slices to sweeten it up.

Ingredients:
2 large Eggs (Makes 3 muffins)
Teaspoon of all purpose flour
Tablespoon of milk (I used soy)
1/4 apple slices (I cut into REALLY thin slices)
Salt and spices are optional

Instructions:
Preheat oven at 360
Mix everything in a bowl
Grease muffin trays
Distribute the mix into the trays
Place in preheated oven until brown. If you can stick a knife into it and it comes out clean, it’s done.
