Ingredients:
2 Strawberries, Water
Instructions:
Add 2 strawberries to a cup (or glass, or thermos) of boiling water.
Let sit for about 2 hours.
Remove from fridge. Remove strawberries, and serve.
Notes:
You can also use a strainer if the seeds don’t fit through the nipple of a bottle/sippy cup. Some people don’t boil the water. Personally, I found that I got more flavour from the fruits when I let it sit in boiled water rather than cold or room temperature. If I do it with cold or room temperature water, I leave the fruits in overnight.
For infants, keep in mind to only serve at most 2oz in 24 hours. They still need mommy’s milk.
